A rewarding opportunity is now open for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in Wyoming, Delaware. This on-site, full-time role allows you to support communication development in a diverse PreK–12 school population. Starting as soon as possible. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (required)
- Strong working knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and reporting
- Experience with educational software systems like Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP
- School-based experience preferred
- SLPAs will not be considered for this role
- Must be able to work on-site
Location:
Wyoming, DE – In-person services required across assigned school sites
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 37.5 hours per week
- Environment: School-based, in-person only
- Caseload: To be determined during the interview process
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct initial evaluations and reassessments as required
- Develop and update IEPs, contributing to student-specific planning
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and support personnel
- Track student progress, write therapy notes, and ensure accurate documentation
- Utilize district systems including PowerSchool IEP and Data Service Center
