Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Wyoming, Delaware area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a supportive, school-based role focused on student success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following Delaware state and local requirements:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Delaware SLP License issued by the Delaware Board of Speech/Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers
-
Department of Education Certification (DOE Certificate) for school-based service providers
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (CFY candidates may be considered)
-
Completion of required background checks and fingerprinting, as mandated by Delaware school districts
Key Responsibilities:

Perform speech, language, and communication evaluations
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
-
Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
