Elementary Speech and Language Pathologist in Worthington, MN
Provide specialized speech-language services as a licensed SLP in an elementary school setting focused on supporting students from PreK through 8th grade, primarily PreK to 6th grade. This contract position offers an opportunity to deliver impactful therapy and collaborate with educators to enhance communication skills in a dynamic school environment located in Worthington, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver speech therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies.
- Monitor and report on student progress regularly.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or a related field.
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) licensure valid in Minnesota.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a school team.
Position Details:
- Location: Worthington, MN
- Contract duration: Immediate start through May 22, 2026
- Work schedule: 35 hours per week, 7 days per week
