Speech Language Pathologist in Worland, WY
Position Summary:
Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services in a K-12 school setting located in Worland, WY. This full-time, onsite contract position for the current school year involves delivering direct therapy, conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and participating in meetings within a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grades
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Write and maintain IEPs, progress reports, and other required documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Wyoming Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and individualized therapy planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
