Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
- Deliver therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student performance
- Participate in meetings and contribute to intervention planning
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and document therapy sessions thoroughly
