Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Woodbridge, VA

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Virginia SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in speech-language pathology within a school setting is highly desired
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple campuses
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to onsite work
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy sessions onsite in accordance with student goals and district requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for each student
- Communicate clearly with parents, educators, and other stakeholders regarding student progress
- Participate in relevant meetings and provide professional input on student care
