Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students with various communication needs, maintaining a caseload typically around 50 students, not exceeding 55.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage caseloads effectively across one or two schools based upon assignment.
- Provide support and supervision as needed for Clinical Fellows.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Virginia state licensure standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome with supervision provided.
- Experience in school settings is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work onsite with no remote or hybrid options.
