Travel School Speech and Language Pathologist | Woodbridge, New Jersey
A dynamic opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within a school environment in Woodbridge, NJ. These full-time positions are designed to support students from preschool through 5th grade, including those with significant Autism spectrum needs. Location: Woodbridge, New Jersey (Sewaren and Iselin areas)
Position Type: Full-Time, Fall 2026 (September start, 12-week assignment)
Work Hours: 35+ hours per week
Work Setting: Onsite travel assignment within schools
Key Qualifications:
- Required: NJ SLP License and valid NJ SLS Certification
- SLP-Certified (CCC) professionals are preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered with outside supervision (district does not provide supervision)
- No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be accepted
- Experience working with children with Autism and in preschool and elementary settings (K-5) is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, with a focus on those in early education and those with Autism spectrum disorders
- Collaborate with school staff and families to implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with school district policies
