Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Woburn, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Woburn, Massachusetts. This is a great opportunity for a clinician dedicated to supporting students’ communication development and helping them thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
-
Provide direct therapy services to support communication and academic progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure skills generalize across settings
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
-
Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
