About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Orlando, FL! This role focuses on providing speech and language services to a small caseload of 14 students, with 4 students receiving sessions twice per week. Each session is 30 minutes in length.
The SLP will also attend occasional meetings to discuss student progress and collaborate on support plans. Additional details regarding the schedule and specific school assignments will be shared soon.
What You’ll Do

Provide individualized and small-group speech and language therapy sessions

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals

Attend meetings as needed to review progress and provide input

Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
What We’re Looking For

Active Florida SLP License (or eligibility)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
