Speech Language Pathologist in Winston-Salem, NC
Step into a meaningful role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across elementary and middle school levels in a vibrant educational environment. This on-site contract opportunity spans the academic year, working with PreK through grade 12 students at one of two engaging locations, each serving a caseload of approximately 35 to 40 students.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active North Carolina NCDPI SLP License (must be verified)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCCs)
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with ECATS is required
- Experience working in school settings with PreK–12 populations
- Proficiency with documentation platforms such as Infinite Campus
- SLP CFs and SLPAs will not be considered for this assignment
- Candidates must be available for on-site work only
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy aligned with IEP objectives
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, completing detailed evaluation reports
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans to promote student progress
- Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, families, and related professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
- Monitor and report on student outcomes, adapting interventions as needed
- Offer consultative services and classroom-based strategies to support teachers and students
This is a full-time, academic-year assignment beginning August 17, 2026, and ending June 4, 2027.
