Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Winston-Salem, NC area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a collaborative educational team to support students’ communication and language development needs.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active North Carolina SLP license issued by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Ability to pass background checks and other district-required clearances
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students’ needs
-
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to support student success
-
Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
