Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Active Colorado SLP license in good standing, including current CDE authorization
- Experience in school-based settings preferred or familiarity with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy and consultation in accordance with IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
- Maintain detailed and timely records regarding service delivery and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to promote student success in communication
