School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time | K12 | Winchester, VA

We are now hiring an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year to serve K–12 students across multiple schools in a welcoming district near Winchester, VA.

Position Details
Location: Winchester, VA (specific schools shared during interview)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time
Contracted Hours: 35–37.5 hours per week
Setting: Onsite only
Caseload: K–12 students across various schools in the district
What You’ll Do Every Day

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students

Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service staff

Support a broad range of communication needs, including expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, fluency, and social pragmatics

Implement data-driven, individualized therapy aligned with student goals

Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with district and state requirements

Who We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)

Active Virginia SLP License
-
Virginia DOE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
