Speech Language Pathologist in Wilmington, NC

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP license, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to split schedule between two school locations
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services
- Proficiency in developing IEPs, conducting evaluations, and documenting progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports
- Travel between two elementary campuses as part of a regular workday
