Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Wilmington, DE
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support a middle school caseload in Wilmington, DE. This contract role begins around March 30, 2026, and continues through the end of the school year on June 16, 2026, with additional summer work available from July 7 to August 6, 2026. The schedule is part-time during the summer, approximately three days per week, four to five hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within school settings
- Certified in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Familiarity with assessments and interventions tailored to middle school students
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with students and school staff
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
