Speech Language Pathologist – Elementary School Setting
Location: Wilmington, DE
Hours: 37.5 per week, Full-Time
Contract Length: Start ASAP – June 12, 2026
Type: Onsite Position Only
Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with an elementary school in the Wilmington area to bring on a qualified Speech Language Pathologist. This is a fully onsite role serving a diverse elementary caseload, including both traditional classrooms and Autism programs.
Qualifications
• Active Delaware SLP license required
• School-based experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to work onsite for the entire contract period
Position Snapshot
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours weekly
• Assignment runs through June 12, 2026
• Elementary caseload divided between traditional and Autism-focused classrooms
• Collaboration with teachers, special education teams, and building administrators
• Duties include evaluations, therapy services, documentation, and participation in IEP meetings
