Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –  Delaware
Full-Time or Part-Time | 2025–2026 School Year | Onsite

Soliant Education is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an early childhood program in Delaware for the 2025–2026 school year. This opportunity is perfect for therapists who enjoy working with preschool-aged students in a supportive, flexible setting.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time (2–3 days per week)

  • Hours: Approximately 7.5 hours per day (includes a 30-minute lunch)

  • Student Ages: 3–5 years old

  • Contract runs through the 2025–2026 school year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and conduct speech-language assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff

  • Document progress and maintain compliance with program requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • CCCs preferred, CFs encouraged to apply
