Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, school-based position providing direct and consultative services to students with speech, language, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in individual or small-group settings, conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication skills.
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as required.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Delaware State SLP License (or ASHA Certification).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule & Employment Details:
- Full-time position for the 2025–2026 school year.
- Follows the school calendar (Monday–Friday, daytime hours).
