School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Support Preschool–Elementary Students in Wilmington, DE
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? A school in Wilmington, Delaware is currently seeking four onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students with moderate to severe needs
-
Work with preschool through elementary-aged students, with flexibility based on your age group preference
-
Support students in meeting their IEP goals through individual and small group sessions
-
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
-
Maintain accurate and timely service documentation
-
Participate in school-wide Professional Development alongside district staff
Scheduling Details:
-
Full-time onsite position
-
7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
-
No virtual option available due to the high-needs nature of the caseload
What You’ll Bring:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Delaware SLP license
-
CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Candidates welcome
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-
Passion for working with diverse learners and special populations
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance as required by some student needs
