Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time, school-based contract position in Wilmington, DE. This role focuses on supporting K–5 students, providing essential speech and language services to help children succeed academically and socially.

Requirements:

Must meet all Delaware state and local licensing and certification requirements for Speech Language Pathology

Prior school-based experience preferred

Experience supporting special education students and families is highly valued
Typical Job Duties:
-
Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support communication goals in the classroom and at home
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
