Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Wilmington, DE
Applicants must meet all Delaware state and local requirements to apply, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license through the Delaware Board of Speech/Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers
-
Special Services Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the Delaware Department of Education (required for school-based positions)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility/clinical fellowship under supervision
-
Completion of background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the Delaware DOE and local district
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and screenings
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
-
Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
-
Document progress, maintain compliance with state/district guidelines, and prepare reports as needed
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
-
Provide staff and family training on communication strategies and supports
-
Stay updated with best practices and Delaware educational standards
