ProCare Therapy is partnering with school districts across Delaware to fill full-time SLP openings for the 2025–2026 academic year. We are looking for enthusiastic, licensed clinicians who are committed to supporting students' communication development in school-based settings.
Position Details

Start Date: August 2025

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Work Setting: In-person at public or charter schools

Grade Range: PreK–12 (placement based on your background and preferences)

Caseloads: Varying needs including speech delays, language disorders, fluency, and AAC
-
Employment Type: W2 contract with ProCare Therapy
Key Responsibilities
-
Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
-
Create and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
-
Provide direct speech-language services to students, both individually and in groups
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student success
-
Document therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Delaware SLP license (or the ability to obtain prior to start date)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
-
School-based experience is a plus but not required
