Job Summary:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team in Wilmington, Delaware for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a part-time, school-based role located at a single site, serving a middle and high school student population. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and a strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance.
Position Details:

Extended School Year (ESY): Potential opportunity in July

Schedule: Approx. 25 hours per week

Days: 3–4 days/week (flexible scheduling)

Location: One school site (no travel required)

Caseload Size: Approx. 30 students (subject to change based on enrollment)

Grade Levels: 8th–12th grade

Caseload Needs: Primarily articulation, receptive/expressive language, and some students with social-communication or pragmatic goals

IEP Responsibilities: Direct therapy, progress monitoring, data collection, IEP meetings, evaluations and re-evaluations

Support Structure: Team of related service providers and special education staff on-site
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Delaware SLP License (or ability to obtain before start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Experience with middle and high school caseloads is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
