Early Childhood SLP Virtual Language Development Specialist (Delaware, 1099)
Wilmington, DE
Join our teletherapy team as an early childhood speech-language pathologist, supporting preschoolers and kindergartners across Delaware. This role emphasizes early intervention and school readiness.
Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual language and speech screenings

Develop age-appropriate therapy plans for expressive and receptive language

Coach parents and teachers on communication-building strategies
-
Participate in virtual Child Find, eligibility, and transition meetings

Monitor development and report progress to families
Benefits:

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
