Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team! This is a rewarding opportunity for licensed SLPs who are enthusiastic about supporting students with communication needs in a collaborative educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility for speech-language services.
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the IEP team.
-
Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
-
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate communication goals across academic settings.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations related to service delivery and documentation.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
-
Active state license to practice as an SLP.
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
-
Commitment to supporting student growth in speech, language, and communication.

Familiarity with IDEA, IEP development, and school-based service delivery models (preferred).
