This opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position serving students in a K-12 school setting in Gloucester, VA. The role focuses primarily on an elementary school caseload and is a full school year contract for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individual treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state regulations and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License is required.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations or school-aged students.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Familiarity with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and school-based therapy delivery.

Work Details:

  • Onsite position within a Gloucester area elementary school.
  • Full-time schedule at approximately 35 hours per week.
