Full Time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Assistants (SLPAs) - Williston, ND
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a welcoming school district near Williston, ND for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students (K–12).

Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
Requirements:
For SLPs:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
-
Active North Dakota SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
For SLPAs:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
-
Active North Dakota SLPA license or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
General:
-
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
