Requirements to Work as an SLP in Kansas Public Schools:

Valid Kansas SLP license issued by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services or Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE)

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Background check, fingerprinting, and TB test clearance

Legal authorization to work in the United States
