Make a difference supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) delivering itinerant services in Preschool Early Intervention programs across Carbon and Lehigh Counties. This is a contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year (with the possibility of an extended calendar, following an Early Intervention year-round schedule), for professionals passionate about helping students reach key communication milestones.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP license (required)
- Clinical experience or strong interest in early childhood/preschool intervention
- Flexibility and adaptability to support caseloads that could shift between preschool and school-age (PreK–12)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
- Willingness to commute within Carbon or Lehigh County and provide in-person only services
Role Highlights:
- Deliver itinerant SLP services for a dynamic preschool caseload; assignments may shift to elementary, middle, or high school settings during the school year
- Engage in ongoing speech/language therapy, evaluations, and progress reporting for students with varying needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to support student growth
- Adapt to a 35-hour-per-week schedule, typical of a school-based position, while aligning with the Early Intervention calendar
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with best practices
