Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress towards therapy goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language needs.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Louisiana licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with students in schools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
