This full-semester contract opportunity is designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support to students across K-12 grades in a vibrant Ohio school district. The role requires a licensed professional dedicated to fostering communication skills and delivering personalized therapy to meet diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress according to school and state requirements.
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Ohio state license for practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred.
- Willingness to supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs).
- Experience working within school settings, especially serving K-12 populations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Pickerington, OH
Duration: Full Semester Contract (ASAP start through May 22, 2026)
Caseload: Full-time, K-12 students
