Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Hilliard, Ohio

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide critical coverage for a leave of absence at an early childhood school located in Hilliard, OH. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with PreK students, supporting their speech and language development in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 PreK students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in young learners
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
- Provide therapy services through both in-person sessions and potentially teletherapy as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility as an SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working in a school environment, preferably with early childhood populations
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and best practices in early intervention
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and maintain detailed records
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus but not mandatory
