Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (strongly preferred)
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional collaboration
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy services to students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring, documentation, and data analysis
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered school culture
