Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract | West Springfield, MA | 2025–2026 School Year
Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in the West Springfield, MA area for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and collaborative school district committed to student growth and academic success. As an SLP in this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting students’ communication skills and overall educational development.
In this position, you will work as an integral member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, providing direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload of K–12 students. We're looking for professionals who are driven, compassionate, and enthusiastic about making a lasting difference in the lives of students.
Job Requirements:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of MA

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
