Speech Pathology - Fort Benning, GA
An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide comprehensive speech therapy services within a well-established K-12 school district in Fort Benning, GA.
This contract position runs through the current school year, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Candidates who can commit to at least four days onsite (25+ hours per week) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual direct therapy services to students across multiple schools, supporting a caseload of approximately 35-40 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique communication needs of students.
- Potentially supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY), fostering professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator certification.
- Experience working within school settings, particularly K-12 environments.
