About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Henrietta, NY. This is a full-time role supporting students with communication needs across a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally by providing high-quality speech and language services.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals.

Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to eligibility determinations.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student learning.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and progress monitor student outcomes.

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and district requirements.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current New York State SLP license and/or NYSED certification (TSHH/TSSLD required).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered with supervision provided.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
