Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, specifically with middle and high school populations
- Prior work supporting diverse student needs in urban environments highly preferred
- Familiarity with general caseload management and IEP implementation
- Ability to complete and maintain all PA state clearances
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Willingness to work onsite between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM; no schedule adjustments available
- Comfortable with expectations and culture of the district and local area
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and faculty to devise and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and monitor student progress
- Document services and maintain thorough records in line with district and state requirements
- Contribute to building a positive and inclusive school climate
