Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary caseload within a K-12 school setting in Philadelphia, PA. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 2026, providing a dynamic environment focused on pediatric speech-language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive SLP services to students across elementary grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ communication goals
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP Certification (CCC preferred)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility for CFY in a school setting
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school-based environment
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for pediatric speech therapy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse student needs
Schedule and Location:
- Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite position within a K-12 school environment in Philadelphia, PA
