School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Near the Welby, CO Area

Location: Onsite – Near Welby, CO
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district team near Welby, Colorado. This is a full-time, onsite position serving K–12 students for the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students in grades K–12

Conduct evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility
-
Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
