Caseload: Approx. 45 elementary students
Position Type: W-2 Contract through ProCare Therapy
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Waynesville, Missouri. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to work with a caseload of elementary-aged students for the current and upcoming school year.
We're looking for a professional who is passionate about helping students thrive through high-quality therapy and collaborative care.
Position Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Caseload of approximately 45 elementary school students

School-based setting – in-person services only

Direct therapy, documentation, collaboration with staff and IEP teams

Contracted position through the end of the 2025–2026 school year
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Missouri SLP license
-
Must be eligible to work in a school setting

Able to pass background check and drug screening
Interview Process:
