ProCare Therapy is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join school teams throughout Missouri for the 2025–2026 academic year. We have opportunities for both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs who are committed to helping students overcome communication challenges and succeed in school.
You’ll provide evaluations, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families to ensure each student receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

Missouri SLP license (or eligibility through the Missouri Board of Healing Arts)

Knowledge of IDEA and experience participating in IEP meetings

Strong skills in therapy planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration

Passion for helping students thrive in the classroom and beyond
What You’ll Do:

Complete speech-language evaluations for K–12 students

Develop and implement customized therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district policies
