School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Support Students in Conroe ISD – Texas
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across a diverse PreK–12 population? We’re currently seeking five Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2025–2026 school year in Conroe ISD, located in the North Houston area of Texas. Positions will begin in August and run through May 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Work primarily with one school site, though some itinerant positions may be available
-
Support students in achieving their IEP goals through individual and small group sessions
-
Assist with documentation, therapy material preparation, and communication with educational staff
Scheduling Options:
-
Full-time: 35 hours per week
What You’ll Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas state licensure as an SLPA
-
ASHA SLPA certification preferred
-
Flexibility to work with a variety of age groups and support itinerant needs as assigned

Strong communication and organizational skills
