ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Wausau, WI for the 2025–2026 school year. This role will focus on supporting elementary students (K–5) by delivering targeted speech and language services that enhance their academic achievement and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for:

Articulation
-
Receptive and expressive language
-
Fluency and voice
-
Pragmatic/social communication
Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Caseload: Elementary (K–5)
Contract Dates: August 2025 – May 2026
