Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Waterville, ME

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state of Maine (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working with K–8th grade students is highly valued
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop goals for a range of speech-language disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students across a spectrum of needs
- Administer evaluations and create tailored intervention plans
- Document student progress, prepare IEPs, and participate in meetings as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Support students in developing functional communication and language skills essential for academic and social success
