- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting student growth and academic achievement
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to foster a supportive educational environment
- Document student progress, maintain compliance with IEP requirements, and participate in meetings as necessary
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support in-person and/or via telepractice, based on assignment preference
- Offer guidance to educators on classroom strategies for supporting communicative development
