School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year
Soliant is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for a responsive and collaborative school district in the 06702 area. Both positions are within magnet school settings and serve students primarily through a resource/inclusion model.
Position 1 – K–8 Setting

Approx. 550 students enrolled
-
Majority of students are served in general education with support
-
Disabilities include Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD
-
Lower grades receive partial support from an existing part-time SLP
-
Daily integration of arts into the curriculum alongside core academics
Position 2 – Secondary Setting (Grades 6–10)

Focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM)
-
Strong general education inclusion model with in-class support
-
Student needs include LD, ASD, and ADHD

Collaborative teaching environment with emphasis on intervention and consultation
Requirements:

Active Connecticut SLP license

ASHA CCCs required
-
On-site only (no SLPA or virtual support options)

Strong teamwork and communication skills preferred
