Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Washington, IL
A travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Washington, Illinois, supporting school-based speech therapy services. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to students' communication development in an educational setting on a part-time basis, with a commitment from the start date ASAP through May 15, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP License (PEL) required
- Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Certification in School-Based Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - School) preferred
- Experience as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP or licensed SLP in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and school teams
