School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Pawtucket, Rhode Island

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year in Pawtucket, RI. This contract role covers maternity leave with an anticipated duration of 12 to 16 weeks. The assignment includes services at one elementary school and one early learning center, providing guaranteed hours to support student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

- Pawtucket, Rhode Island
