A part-time or full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 public school setting in Providence, RI. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, serving students in the Providence Public School District. The contract runs from ASAP through June 16, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with current state licensure.
  • CCC-SLP certification highly preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt caseload based on district needs.
  • In-person presence preferred, with hybrid work arrangement available.

Location:

  • Providence, Rhode Island (with hybrid in-person and remote work).
